Rhoclone

Brand Description Rhoclone is a sterile lyophilized powder of Monoclonal Human Anti-rhesus Immunoglobulin (lgG1) containing antibodies to Rho-D. It is derived from stable hybridoma cell line and purified using chromatography. Rhoclone contains Glycine I.P. as a stabiliser and Sodium chloride I.P. and Mannitol I.P. and Mannitol l.P. as excipients.

Indications Prevents Rho-D negative women forming antibodies to foetal rhesus-positive red blood cells that may pass into the maternal blood during childbirth, abortion or certain other sensitising events.
