Indications Metastatic Breast Cancer: 
As a monotherapy in women where there is an increased Cardiac Risk. 
In women for whom an anthracycline would be considered. 
In women who have failed a Taxane containing regimen. 
Metastatic Carcinoma of the ovary
In patients with diseases refractory to both Paclitaxel and Platinum based chemotherapy. 
AIDS- related Kaposi's sarcoma.
