Control Panels For Monolayer Blown Film Extrusion Lines

We manufacture Control panels for customized monolayer blown film lines to suit a broad spectrum of resins, applications and output levels. Our panels are designed for advanced features like grooved feed section, barrier screw, gravimetric blending/dosing system, Liquid PIB dosing system, manual as well as pneumatic screen changer, oscillating haul-off, internal bubble cooling, automatic bubble cage, online thickness monitoring and control and surface winders with taper tension control. Applications include PE general purpose films, HDPE pick-up bags, shade-net film, PE lamination films, HD twist wrap films, stretch and cling films, shrink films, anti-rust films and paper like films.

• Control for VFD:
  Main Extruder, Air ring blower, Nip & Winders
• Die Oscillator:
  Special control of Die Oscillator by feedback from proximity switches & limit switches
• Cold Start Interlock:
  Die rotation can start only after achieving set temperature of rotating head heating zones.
• Synchronization & Interlocks:
  Programmed Synchronization & interlocks between VFDs
• Indication:
  Feed Zone Indication
