Horizontal Flow Pack Packing Machine

  • All working parts of the machine coming in contact with the product and packing material will be stainless steel 304
  • Reel feed arm with compensator
  • Foil feeding rollers.
  • Photocell actuation to adjust the length variation.
  • Foil angle setting arm.
  • 1.5mtr. long chain conveyor to feed product in the folding box manually
  • 3 pair crimping roller with longitudinal heater for finn  seal.
  • Machine speed : the machine will have speed of 150 to 300 pack/min; depending upon the product and packing material.
  • Gusseting folding and sealing
