These blowers consist of a dynamically balanced impeller, which revolves in as stator-cum compression chamber having very fine clearances between them. The impeller is fitted directly on to the motor. Both the suction and pressure openings are located on the outer periphery of the stator to reduce impedence to the air flow thereby developing vacuum and pressure.

This is a rotary air unit, complete with air vessel, fitted with safety valve and water level indicator. It provides clean, water washed air for agitation and does not require oil for lubrication. It is kept cool and lubricated by the circulation of water. On account of this, danger of contamination of plating solution with atomised oil of air is avoided.
