Industrial Heaters

In metal finishing various types of processes are involved such as Electroplating, Anodising, Electro polishing phosphateing. This selection needs to be heated. For this heating various types of heater are required.

Jigs (Plating Racks)

When large volume of production is required, it is convenient to use Plating Racks or Jigs. These jigs are made from copper or Brass and the contacts are made from Spring Steel or Phosphor Bronze. The Unit is then coated with an Acid / Alkali resistant Plastisol or PVC Coating.

Temperature Controller

These are Units with Digital Temperature Indicator cum Controller. They are mounted in a Acid / Alkali resistant PVC / Polypropylene Body with suitable gasket to prevent fumes inflow into the body. The Units are complete with a PT 100 type Sensor which can be installed in the Plating Vat using Titanium or Glass Tubing. The Units are easy to install and maintain.
