Titanium Coils

A properly specified heat transfer system can improve your plating bath process while saving precious energy. TICOMET’S heat transfer coils provide an economical, efficient means to raise, or lower and maintain temperature of chemical solutions, brine or plain water.

The concept involves the passage of heating or cooling media (usually steam or chilled water) through a coil of tubing fabricated from a Titanium metal which will permit an effective transfer of heat while withstanding corrosive attack by the liquid into which it is immersed.

The type and size of coil you’ll need is dictated by several factors including 

• The size of your tank
• Starting and operating temperature
• Supply temperature of heating/cooling medium
• Required heat-up time.
