Autoclave Vulcanisation
To Vulcanised the rubber we are equipped with 4 Nos. of autoclaves including India's Largest Autoclave Having size - 5.20 Mtr. Dia x 8.50 Mtr. Long & 3.25 Mtr. Di. x 9.00 Mtr. Long, to maintain the vulcanisation procedure as per IS 4682 PART-I & BS 6374 under controlled steam pressure & temperature. We are equipped with 2 Nos. of steam boilers having 600 & 700 Kgs. steam capacity for executing jobs at works and at site respectively.
