The zero hold up filter press are made to a special modular design that guarantees precisely the right filtration requirement for each application. Available in a wide range of output capacities, with different number and height of filter plates, as well as a choice of flow pumps, the zero hold up filter press meet customer's exact need. The typical zero hold up filter press consists of stainless steel shell with a top cover held in place with tightening bolts, cartridge assembly consists of several plates of design, perforated screens and inter locking cups. The design ensures that the unfiltered liquid hold up is minimum, almost nil. The entire assembly, complete with piping, pump etc. is all mounted on a stainless steel trolley with sturdy castors wheels. Our Zero hold up filter press salient features are meets with GMP Norms. Sizes available in 8”, 14”, 18” & 24” Plate dia. This filter press can be hooked up with Centrifugal/Gear or lobe pump depending upon the requirement. All contact parts in SS 304, 316 & 316L depending upon the requirement. High degree finish to all contact parts.
