Mobile Sealers

Mobile Sealers are tylor made machines to suit the "Bulk Packaging Requirements". It is convenently used to seal bulk poly bags after filling. Here the machine is brought to the packet rather than conventional way of packets brought to the machine.

Mobile sealers can travel anywhere on the factory floor as it is mounted on castors and the sealing jaw height can be conveniently adjusted vertically. These machines are widely used in Tea, Pharma, Cashew, Chemical and many other industris where bulk packets are handled.

Bed  Sealer is the longest sealing machine available in our range to meet speceific requiremts in matress industry and similar aplications. There are two models in two sealing lengths viz. 6 feets & 4 feets.

Can seal up to 6 feets and 5 mm width.
Reverse bend rocker arm design provides uniform sealing throughout the length.
Equipped with bearing mounted lever to achieve maximum sealing pressure.
