SARAL Octagonal/Double cone blender is a very precision machine, performing dry blending of powder or granules in only 10 to 30 minutes. This machine is utilized for mainly homogenizing, blending and also for granules lubrication as that facilitates better flowability at a tablet press while compressing this granules.

Conta blenders or Container tumblers are used mainly for blending of dry powders for capsule plant, for blending and homogenizing of dried granules for tablet production. This is a closed and contained system where by a single step transfer material from Container of the Conta blender is transferred to the tablet press hopper.

Commuting mill is used for downsizing of granules or for size reduction. It has large application in pharmaceutical, chemical and food industry.
 

Paste preparation kettle is a semi-hemispherical jacketed bowl having two shaft extensions exactly opposite, which are fixed in Plummer block bearings. This jacketed bowl has connections for steam inlet / drain and also for steam pressure

Turbo sifter is used to sieve dry raw material in powder form before it is fed to Rapid mixer &wet granulator or High shear mixer. The Turbo mill is suitable for sifting and milling of dry granules. Turbo mill delivering sieved and milled granules to a product container.

Brief Description of Mobile Elevator

Sifter in dust free way

Mobile elevator has a base of 900 mm x 650 mm. This base is having mobility with four heavy duty castors of PU wheels with thrust bearings mounted with S.S. 304 side brackets. On this base hydraulic powerpack is mounted along with balance weights. Hydrailic power pack runs with 3 phase, 1 HP AC electrical motor of Bharat Bijlee make. On this frame there are two vertical members of S.S. 304 channels of 1600 mm long (height of these members depends upon your required lift and door height as this movable hoist in it’s lowest position should be able to go through your lowest door height) and inside that assembly there is a movable frame. This movable frame is lifted by the hydraulic cylinder. On the inner side of this movable frame there is a slider assembly which has a bracket to lift the load. This slider assembly of carriage slides on ball bearing inside the movable assembly. This slider assembly gets pulled up by stainless steel wire rope through the hydraulic cylinder. All this vertical member and slider assembly are from S.S. 304 and there is no cladding.

Lifting and tipping device is a hydraulic device which is having an arm used for lifting and turning FBD bowl by 180. Thus it is used to empty FBD bowl in the cyclone sifter cum multimill. The operation is completely dust free and eliminates manual handling or scooping.
