Company is possess and managed by professionals with sounback Mr. Nandkumar R. Kushe completed his Diploma in Production Engineering in 1985 and started his career as Trainee Engineer with M/s. Meclonic Pvt. Ltd. afterwards, he joined Escol Electromech Pvt. Ltd. as a Tool Room incharge for a period of 2 years. Completed his degree in Production and joined M/s. Thakur Machine Tools Pvt. Ltd. as production in-charge for a Period of 2-1/2 years where he gained experience in hydraulic systems. Joined as working partner in M/s. Filtrotech a company, manufacturing Hydraulic Systems and Engineering components. In 1991 started a partnership Company in the name of Pratishna Engineers.
