Solid Sheet

We offer polycarbonates and polycarbonate blends of solid sheets. The resin is feed into an extruder that melts the material and forms it into sheets of various lengths, widths, and thicknesses. Additional processing can add colors, multiple layers, or textured surfaces. Once the solid sheets are fabricated, they can be further processed through thermoforming.
