Flat Poly Bags

Flat Poly Bags are the most common and economical bags used for shipping or bundling products. A flat poly bag has a flat open-end (insert end) to load item(s). You can close this open-end by heat sealing, rubber band, bag tape or twist ties. The integrity of our layflat bags are engineered to outperform traditional flat poly bags to provide greater quality and consistency. This process begins with using 100% virgin resin which is involved in maintaining the integrity and strength of the bag. All our flat poly bags are independently tested for puncture resistance and load bearing qualities. Plastic bags are available in a variety of thicknesses (mil) with unique uses and advantages ranging from 1 mil to 6 mil. The mil refers to the gauge or thickness of the bag. For instance a 1 mil bag is fine for packing a sandwich for lunch, while a 6 mil bag will contain sharp objects like nails or jagged rocks.
