As an important part of the process of separation for attaining quality and pure products, these rods are made to be placed at critical points of the efficient and applicable equipment. It is suitable to remove ferrous contaminants from the area which is difficult to reach. Also helpful for assembly shops, garages and maintenance jobs.

Deep-reach separators use a plate-magnet-style circuit but incorporate it into a vertical chute. Two large magnet assemblies are affixed to opposite sides of a stainless-steel chute and attract ferrous contamination as material flows by the chute. The magnetic circuit is designed for an exceptionally deep reach into the product flow, which makes these separators effective at removing large, chunky tramp metal. It works well when sticky products do not readily flow down sloped chutes. It is ideal for use in powdery, lumpy or moist materials when large tramp metal like nuts or bolts threaten production or product purity.

Hump Magnets generally consist of two Plate Magnets mounted in an offset housing and are installed in vertical spouts. As product enters the housing it impacts directly on the face of the first Plate Magnet, travels through the offset angle of the housing and impacts directly on the face of the second Plate Magnet. Single or Double Hump Housing Assemblies can be installed for tramp iron removal where heavy, high volume loose flowing materials are conveyed in vertical gravity flow chutes. It provides excellent separation results for high volume, poor flowing, or abrasive materials and deflected flow pattern which breaks up clumps and directs the material into magnetic field.

Sheet Fanners separates stakes of oily, sheets magnetically for faster, safer handling. This eliminates having to pry apart each sheet individually which can result in damage to the part or operator injury. Heavy Power Suspended Magnets are designed for extraction of tramp iron from materials conveyed in heavy burden depths on almost any type of conveyor of chutes. Overband Separators are designed to eliminate tramp metal from the product carried by belt, vibratory feeders or inclined planes. The permanent Magnetic Overband Separators are used when an automatic removal of ferrous contamination is necessary. It serves for cleaning non-magnetic bulk goods with iron contamination. They pick up ferrous metal parts from bulk goods. The efficiency depends on the pole size, pole distance field intensity in the conveyor burden, lines of the magnetic flux conveying speed and properties of the material to be separated. Generally installs above conveyor belts, vibratory feeders or chutes. It is used to protect Machine such as Crushers, Shredders and others.

Wet Drum Separator are mainly used for the recovery of magnetic / ferrosilicon in dense media plants and iron ores. Wet drum separators work on a similar principle to our other existing drum separators. A stationery magnet system with several radial poles attracts the magnetic material to the drum face. The rotating cover them carries the magnetic from one pole to another, at the same time rotating the magnetic particle to allow trapped non magnetic to free fall.

The coolant drum that has the permanent magnets rotates at slow speed and in the opposite direction of the liquid flow. The fine iron particles get attracted to the strong magnetic poles present in the separator drum. A brass scrapper is attached at the other end of the machine that helps in scrapping the ferrous particles from the magnetic poles.

Pot magnets (also known as holding magnets) are available basically into three material types and there is a great variety of size available. 

1) Ferrite Pot Magnet - This material offers a good performance from an inexpensive magnet, however, they tend to be bulky and are not always suitable where space is an important factor. The steel parts are plated & the Ferrite is inert thus corrosion is limited. Maximum operating temperature is +120 C.
