Selective Pallet Racking is the most common pallet racking system in use today. Pallets rest on the horizontal load beams that are held in place by connectors engaging with the holes in upright beams. The beam levels can be easily adjusted to different heights to accommodate various load & pallet sizes. This is convenient for a warehouse that needs storage of standard or customized sizes.

A Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) system is a variant of Selective Pallet Racking, with a tighter configuration to provide maximum space utilization within a storage facility. These systems typically operate in conjunction with wire-guided or rail-guided reach-truck systems.

Heavy Duty Shelving is the preferred storage system in scenarios where mechanized equipment is not used for depositing or picking the loads from storage levels, and is used to store non-palletized goods. Pennar’s Drive-in and Drive-thru systems are storage rack configurations that allow the forklift to be driven directly into a lane of stacked rows (or bay). Since this eliminates aisles, it helps to utilise up to 70% more warehouse space. Such systems are an ideal storage solution for inventory that has a longer shelf life.

Pennar’s Mezzanine Storage Systems are the most price and time efficient solutions to enlarge floor and storage space within an existing plant. Such semi-permanent floor systems typically installed within buildings and warehouses, and built between two permanent original stories.
