Four & Six Colour Offset Printing Machines 
for Plastic Extruded Cups, Containers & Disposable Products

This machine is made from special graded cast icon. This machine has four colour dugs, each one being provided with sufficient numbers of steel and rubber rollers for uniform distribution and transfer of the ink. The printing plates can be replaced very easily and can be precisely set by a unique device in the axial and radial direction from outside the machine. Precise ink dosage is ensured by means of adjustable duct plates and corresponding setting of the can controlling the ink roller which has the facility of disengaging the complete inking unit is possible. After having printed the tubes they are removed from the mandrels to the oven chain.

Safety clutch is provided which enables the turret to stop, when required, without switching off the main motor for cleaning the ink.
