ULTRASONIC HORNS

We supply horns in Full wave and half wave with alloys of Steel, Aluminium and Titanium, depending on the application. We design horns to for any brand Ultrasonic welder, having different operating frequencies viz. 15 kHz, 20 kHz, 30 kHz, 35 kHz and 40 kHz.

Aluminium and Titanium horns can be hard coated depending on the application for longer surface life.

ULTRASONIC FIXTURES

Ultrasonic Fixtures are equally important and plays important role in Ultrasonic welding process, which is generally overlooked. We design fixture considering these factor, and also for easy load unload of parts during production process.

We supply fixtures in Aluminium, Steel, Epoxy and P.U. depending on the application.
