Machine will produce laminated glass with both PVB and EVA film
Each shelf has independent control of heating and vacuum operations. 5 lites of glass may be produced in the same load each sizing of different sizing can be achieved.

Siemens PLC touch screen control for machinery operation along with infrared heating elements
PVB and EVA film, silk film, cloth, rice paper can be used with this machine
Thickness range standard machine is 40mm with custom machine up to 100mm
Both flat and curved laminated glass may be produced
Large area infrared heating elements heating both the upper and lower side of the glass provide uniform heating required by PVB films. 4 temperature controlled steps are in place for proper heat preservation process
Standard machine max glass size: 3660 x 2500mm, larger machines are available
Power requirements: 220V or 480V 3phase 50hz
PVB film will work best when temperature is below 30 centi and below 60% humidity
Time needed per lot: 1/2 to 4 hours depending on amount and size of lites in batch
Light and alarm will sound and the machine will stop automatically when lot is finished
Each layer is loaded and unloaded manually..electric motors available for shelves at additional cost
