Over six decades of independence has seen India take rapid strides towards self-reliance in all fields. Miraj Electrical & Mechanical Co. Pvt. Limited (MEMCO) is proud to have contributed towards this achievement for the last forty years. MEMCO began its operations on a low key with just a few workers in the year 1977. The aim was not to quantify the number of machines produced but to ensure quality welding equipment with zero defect. MEMCO developed power sources that were particularly suited for Indian working conditions such as varying input voltage, dusty and hot atmosphere, humid, monsoon weather, harsh terrain etc.
Mr. M. Ismail, the Founder-Chairman and Managing Director, fulfilled his dreams by developing and manufacturning all-weather, hazard and trouble-free welding power sources.
