MEGASTATIC Booths are specially designed for maximum recovery of powder pollution free and quick color change. The system is so designed to have maximum utilization of the powder and maximum recovery.  The air velocity is so set in the booth so that operator feels quite comfortable.  The blowers are dynamically and statically balanced so as to have noise free and smooth operation.  Due to uniform air flow, the object in the booth is uniformly coated resulting in high transfer efficiency of the charged powder.  The safety standards are also taken care in designing so that there is no excessive concentration of the powder particles above the explosive limit.
