Fluid Bed Dryers

We are engaged in manufacturing fluid bed dryers, which find application in various industries. These dryers are used to fluidize the wet material with the help of powerful steam. The uniform rate of heat transfer and temperature distribution across the product results in fast & effective drying. In order to ensure that the physical and chemical properties of the product are not damaged, the temperature is kept low for a short duration of time. Heat sensitive products are suitable for getting dried in these fluid bed dryers as the chances of lump formation and case gardening is greatly minimized because of total fluidization. However, this machine is not suitable for dry liquids or pasty material.
