Tanks of various materials of construction like MS/SS/PVC/PP/FRP and lined with PP/PVC/LEAD as per the process requirements, complete with fittings like anode / cathode bars, insulators, drain, overflow, water inlet, air agitation coil, cathode agitation arrangement, will be manufactured and supply.

The filter unit will have PP wound cartridges housed in an acrylic / PP chamber. The filtration capacity are apx 600 to 1500 lph. The unit can filter 5 microns and larger particulates. These are ideal for small plating baths like in precious metal plating.

The filter will have a glandless, magnetically coupled PP pump starter, ON - OFF switch. 3M long inlet and outlet hoses with inlet pre- filters are also provided.

The filter unit will have PP filter chamber ,PP filter pads and PP / nylon filter cloths on which filter paper is mounted. The filtration capacity are apx 600 to 3000 lph . The unit can filter even below 5 microns particulates, by using suitable filter paper.

All rectifier units have stepless output variation by means of an auto transformer, The rectifier units are fitted with DC ammeter, DC voltmeter, indication lamp, miniature circuit breakers to prevent short circuit overload. etc.

PB1, PB3, PB5 and PB8 are all for manual plating and have a capacity of apx 1, 3, 5 and 8 Kg. These units are driven by a 220 V AC /12V DC motor/Gear box , which is fully enclosed in a PP shield fitted with a fuse lighted ON-OFF switch, etc. The barrel is made of translucent polypropylene and is perforated with 1 mm and above holes.

IB25, and IB50 all have a capacity of 25 and 50 Kg rspy. They have an integral assembly with tank, worm and half gear attachment (for loading and unloading ) and AC motor with reduction gear.

CD25 have a basket capacity of apx 25 Kg The dryer have motor of 1.HP The articles in the SS basket are heated from the side by fully enclosed 2 KW heaters . The drier baskets are dynamically balanced.
