Cyclon Separator

Cyclone Separator is used for separating solid particles from the liquid. Clean liquid (about 80%) is sent to seal chamber and solid particles with very little liquid (about 20%) is sent back to suction of the pump.

Operating Limits:

Density of solid particles has to be more than liquid. Maximum solid content > 10% by weight. Max. viscosity of liquid - 20 centistokes. Pressure differential desired - 2 to 8.5 bar.
