    Micro Pulveriser Machine

    • The pulverizer has a rotor assembly with hammers running at a high rotational speed.
    • The top half of the unit is fitted with a cover that holds a multi-deflector liner.
    • The bottom half of the unit has a screen of the desired size
    • The material is accurately feed into the grinding chamber through a hopper attached to the mill cover.
    • The size reduction in the mill is the result of these rapidly moving hammers impacting the material as it is being feed in the machine

    Powder Filling Machine

    • Auger type Suitable for filling all types of fine free flowing powders.
    • The unit consists of a rotating auger screw which doses out the required quantity of powder and is controlled by a solid state electronic feed controller.
    • The feeding range and delivery are controlled by the auger diameter and the pitch of the auger machine.
    • The machine gives an output of 30 fills per minute.
    • All the contact parts are made from stainless steel and the stand neck are made out of aluminium casting.
