Thermoplastic Elastomers (TPE), sometimes referred to as Thermoplastic Rubber, is a class of copolymers which consist of material with both thermoplastic and elastometric properties. TPE is a polymer that can be processed as a thermoplastic material but also possesses the properties of a conventional thermoset rubber. J & K Industries® offers TPE compounds in hardness ranging from Shore ‘A’ 15 to Shore ‘D’ 60.
