The Blister Forming, Product Feeding and Sealing operations are continuous by rotary motion while the indexing and punching operations are of intermittent reciprocating motion.The output capacity of the machine depends on the product characteristics. In case of slightly curved or flat tablets up to 10mm dia an output of 300 packs per minute can be optimally achieved.

High speed automatic multi head container filling machine for filling cream, paste, ointment, wax polish, grease, jam, sauce etc. in plastic or tin containers or jars, bottles etc.

Containers like flat tins or  bottles are loaded on turntable from where they are transferred onto a conveyor belt. They are then indexed into the filling station. No-Container-No-Fill device will stop dozing operation if containers are not in place. SS jacketed hopper with 2 kw heater and stirrer can be provided as an option to facilitate easy filling of highly viscous products. Filled containers are transported over conveyor for further operations and handling.

ATF-I is designed to fill and seal aluminium / lami / plastic tubes at high speeds. The machine is suitable mainly for pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food industry. Machine can be used for filling of cream, ointment, gel, paste, balm and other similar viscous products by means of a volumetric dosing system.

The machine is of fully enclosed construction with a rotary index table and single filling head.

BLISTPOP is a simple machine to recover tablets / capsules / dragees from damaged or incomplete blister packs. A damaged or incomplete pack is inserted between two guides and pushed manually inside.

JICON STRIP PACKING MACHINE is suitable for packaging each individual tablet or capsule in it own hermetically sealed pocket. The integrity of seal is very high and offers good protection to packaged products thus improving shelf life. Strip packing machine is a double web laminated foil packing machine. Most commonly used foils are ALU – POLY and GLASSINE – POLY foils (0.3 or 0.4 mm thick).

Automatic Volumetric Liquid Bottle Filling Machine works on volumetric principle with syringe & piston & nozzle. It is used to fill liquid in bottle in pharmacy, food, dairy, agro chemicals and Beverages industries.
The unit is made compact, versatile and enclosed in stainless steel elegantly matt finish body, consists of S.S. Slat Conveyor, Drives unit with syringe & piston, reciprocating nozzle with self-centering devices & No container No filling system arrangement. The main drive of the machine and conveyor drive consist of gear motor with synchronized variable drive.
Containers moving on conveyor from turn table or washing machine, feed below the filling nozzles through a settable twin pneumatically operated stopper system. The twin pneumatically operated stopper system and reciprocating nozzles can precisely match for centering of container below nozzles, to avoid spillage of liquid on container. Filling doze can be adjusted by eccentric drive block. To minimize foaming adjustable nozzle will reciprocate according to filling dose - nozzle will go upwards slowly from bottom of bottle towards neck during filling

Our packing conveyors are ideal for manual carton packing, manual labeling and inspection operations. They help in eliminating unnecessary labour costs, speeding up the packing process and streamlining packing operations. These conveyors are provided with 9" wide, 12" wide or any custom sized belt at the center of MS or SS tables. The length and height of these conveyors are as per customer’s requirement.
