For directly driven blowers, the impeller is directly mounted on the motor shaft. These are high speed high pressure blowers used for combustion of solid, liquid and gaseous fuels, for pneumatic cleaning and conveying, for creating artificial waves in water parks / wave pools etc.
These blowers are also available in double and triple stage design for developing extra high pressure.

These are high volume low pressure blowers suitable up to only 100 °C. These are used for providing cooling air, dilution, ejection, ventilation and air circulation, etc.
Pressure – up to 300 mm SWG
Volume – up to 18,500 m3 / hr

Indirectly driven blowers are operated through a flexible coupling or a V-belt drive. These are suitable for high temperature applications (>100 °C) with low pressure and high discharge volume. The design allows easy access to the impeller without disturbing the ducting at the suction or exhaust. Air / water cooling arrangements can be provided for the protection and long life of bearings.

Heavy fuel oil (Furnace oil) needs preheating from room temperature up to about 100°C in order to reduce its viscosity from 1500 sec to 100 sec Redwood no.1 at 38°C. A constant working pressure of 1 to 3 kg/cm2 is developed for proper firing in fuel oil burners and also to achieve complete combustion in the furnace. Our heating and pumping units (HPUs) are conceived and designed for high thermal efficiency and minimum maintenance cost.

In addition to HPUs, Pumping and Filtering Units (PFUs) are also available without the presence of oil preheaters. These are suitable for firing High Speed Diesel (HSD) or Light Diesel Oil (LDO).

These are used for air / gas flow control. The construction is available in CI, MS or SS according to the application and working temperature. Butterfly valves are available up to 300NB. For automation, flow controllers are available with modulating motor.

Suction Air filters with MS housing are available for applications with clean air inlet flow. Mesh sizes available are 5 – 20 microns.

Impellers are separately available according to the blower construction in MS, SS or Aluminum. Impeller construction is available as backward curved, radial and forward curved.

XL Series burners with sizes 1 to 7, capacities varying from 4 to 90 LPH are the simplest burners suitable for gravity feed supply as well as with pressure.
XY series burners are dual fuel high efficiency burners equivalent to North American 6562 series complete with primary and secondary butterfly valves, sensitrol oil micro valves and CI front plate. Capacities available are 8 to 100 LPH. 
SF Series excess air burners for gas / oil firing are also available with capacities up to 35 LPH.

Simplex / Duplex Fuel oil filters are used in the pipe line for HPUs and PFUs to get clean Furnace oil, High speed diesel or Light diesel oil. The standard basket filter is complete with CI body / MS chamber, SS coarse / fine filter element. The duplex filter includes two-way / three-way valves as well.

Two categories of rotary p.d. oil pumps are available: 
Lobe Pump – up to 80 LPM 
Gear Pump – up to 200 LPM
In sizes from 15 to 50 NB, with working pressure up to 10 kg/cm2.

Ratiotrol oil valves are used for control of air fuel ratio at the burner for stoichiometric combustion. The desired air / oil ratio isset with a manual valve at the burner.

Sensitrol valves are used for micro-metering of oil to burners with 100% shutoff capability.

These are general purpose self operated pressure relieving upstream pressure control valves for controlling various kinds of fluids. The valves open in proportion to the rise in inlet pressure beyond set value.
