SUPRA-5 DLX iN is an improved version of SUPRA-5 DLXi - Specially designed to get 20% more production than the current DLXi. This machine also offers the same production at a lower electrical power consumption. The State of the Art Dyeing Jigger uses a PLC and touch 
screen display system. Hydraulic Drive guarantees smooth movement of fabrics without any tension and jerks, the speed is fully controlled with a Microprocessor.

Programmable Auto dosing of colour and chemicals ensures colour accuracy. PLC incorporates diagnostic for fault finding, data logging of important features and storing and retrieving up to 50 programmes.

Hydraulic Jiggers Pacific J, N, E, & B are available in different widths upto 3400 mm and with capacities starting from 75 kgs. to 1800 kgs batches of dry fabrics.

An ingenious deflection control principle forms the heart of HARISH INDOFLEX dye padder. It allows modulation of expression pattern to achieve desired pick-up. The INDOFLEX padder is a dyeing and impregnating machine for use in:

a) Dyeing process such as pad-dry, and pad steam.
b) Pad roll-bleaching & special finishing processes applications in tandem with 
    stenters.

The stainless steel cladded inner frame facilitates easy cleaning and long service life.

A FIXATION FOR PERFECTION: The Harish Loop steamer is a compact versatile performer. This new generation pressureless continuous steamer from Harish can be applied for various dye-stuff fixation processes viz. Saturated steaming at 101¡ãC. High temperature steaming in the standard version upto 185¡ãC. and Polymerising with hot air. There are two factors to ensure optimum performance of the Loop steamer. :

A. Proper injection of air or steam.
B. Proper distribution of steam inside the machine. This has to be balanced by tensionless feeding of the fabric and a crease free loop formation. (During the loop formation it is important that contact with the printed surface of the fabric is avoided.)
ACCENT ON FEEDING: In the HLS-4, printed fabric can be fed from trolleys or from batches. (In case of batches a positive unwinding unit is essential to prevent excessive tension on the fabric.)

 
Washing range for various purposes are offered by Harish. The three different washbox Models, viz. TYPHOON, PERFOTEX, HSN2 and in some cases, under liquor washer Rel-ZONE-5 are combined as demanded by the application.

Tumbler dryer SOFTI-E is eminently suitable for giving soft and bulky handle to cotton blends, viscose, microfibre, silk fabrics, due to its special thermo-mechanical action, dissipates undue tension and establishes new inter-chain relation. This property renders virtually permanent dimensional stability.

Apart from this, the fabric achieves an immense change in appearance and handle. SOFTI-E is available for 1600 mm to 3400 mm fabric width and can be supplied in multiple modules based on production required.

ENTRANCE:

This has a number of guide rolls made from stainless steel and a driven Draw roll with variable speed motor. The special design of this centering system avoids any tension on the fabric.
