Pfcs Series Thermoforming Inline Cutting And Stacking Machine

PFCS machines equipped with pressure forming, Inline cutting and stacking technology stand for precise mechanical drives, high product quality, performance and reliability. The user can select from a comprehensive, multi product-oriented series with various forming areas and equipment levels.

The forming device with the reciprocating crank toggle lever system driven by servo motors ensures high forming forces. Whereas the cutting station with hydraulic system ensures consistent and high cutting forces. The stacking table can be fitted for down stacking or up stacking to the feed direction. From this position the ejectors push the cups into the stacking device. The forming, cutting and stacking controlled through precise chain guide driven by servo technology.
