Dispergum zinc soaps act as lubricants and reduce the compound viscosity.
Dispergum PT is a concentrated combination of zinc soaps of saturated and unsaturated fatty acids. Dispergum PT improves the filler dispersion and provides excellent flow properties and energy savings. Vulcanizates containing Dispergum PT show low Heat Build Up values.
Dispergum R is a zinc soap based on saturated and unsaturated fatty acids. It also contains special parafinic lubricants to improve flow and demoulding propties.

Dispergum 24 is a combination of a peptizer and a processing additive. The special synergistic effect of an oxidation catalyst and zinc soaps of defined fatty acids provides a positive influence on dynamical properties such as Heat Build Up.
Dispergum 36 is based on a highly active oxidation catalyst, combined with other organic and inorganic additives. Dispergum 36 is dispersed homogeneously and leads to excellent mastication results, even at low dosages.

Deogum 80 is a composition of fatty acid derivates and alcohols combined with lubricants. It acts as a multipurpose processing additive which can be used in a broad range of elastomers. In peroxide cross-linked EPDM-compounds, lower mould fouling and improved release effects are observed.
Deogum194 / 294 are both elastomer compatible organosilicone compounds. Due to their high temperature stability, both grades are particularly suitable for the use in special elastomers. They improve the demoulding properties without the typical silicone side effects, which can be seen with conventional silicone products.

Deoflow A, AM and D have dispersing effects on fillers and improve the flow and extrusion properties of rubber compounds.
Deoflow AM is the modified version of Deoflow A with improved anti-blooming properties, preferably for non-polar elastomers.
Deoflow S consists of calcium salts of saturated fatty acids and amides and acts as a lubricant and dispersing agent.
Deoflow Z is a modified calcium soap combined with fatty acid derivates and inorganic carrier.
