Nozzle Applications: 
For Medium Voltage, High Voltage and Extra-High Voltage live tank and dead tank SF6 Gas Circuit Breakers.

Materials: 
Virgin PTFE, PTFE & 0.1%MOS2, 0.2%MOS2, 7% Al2O3, 15% Al203, 20% Al2O3, 20% CaF2, 5%BN, 10%BN, 0.6%Co/Al2O3.

Ratings: 
From 7.2 kV to 800 kV

Type Test / Approvals: 
KEMA - Holland, CESI - Italy, CPRI - India.

Processing: 
Isostatic / Double Compression in contamination free class 10,000 clean-room followed by microprocessors controlled sintering, annealing and CNC machining

Clean Room: 
Class # 10,000 clean room facility being upgraded to Class #100.

Blending: 
In-house facility for blending of Virgin PTFE with various fillers specially installed for ultra-clean processing for use in High Voltage SF6 Gas Circuit Breaker Nozzles applications.
