Beneficiated Ilmenite

Upgraded Beneficiated Ilmenite, also known as Synthetic Rutile, is a natural mineral upgraded by acid leaching to achieve Titanium Dioxide > 95% and reducing Iron < 2.5%. It is a golden yellow coloured mineral without specific odour. It is process of purifying by a multi-step procedure employing controlled reduction, controlled oxidation and acid leaching.

Application : Beneficiated Ilmenite is used in pigments and for the production of titanium metal.
