These are flange mounted motors with special long shaft and have an "air-over" design i. E. These are totally enclosed surface cooled motors designed for cooling by-way of air from the driven fan drawn over the motors, resulting in effective cooling. Keeping in view the general customer requirements have been frame-wise shaft extensions standardized as per table attached.
