These profiles are used in Aluminium / Structural Facades. EPDM being an excellent weathering and UV resistant material, having good compression set and thermal insulating properties, is highly effective in sealing against - Water, Wind, and Dust

These profiles have superior thermal and insulation properties. They have excellent weather resistance and can be developed in any colour as per customer requirement.

We manufacture Closed Cell Sponge, which has excellent sealing, due to its high elasticity and non-porous outer membrane. These profiles have aesthetically superior finish. Our sponge is manufactured with expanded density of 0.4 to 0.9 g/cm3.

Silicon compatibility is determined by the ability of the EPDM profile to exist in contact with Structural Glazing Systems using Silicon Sealants, without having any adverse effects on the system. These profiles are Peroxide-Cured ensuring that there is no loss in adhesion between the Silicon Sealant and the EPDM Profile.

Also called Dual-Shore Profiles, these profiles combine the superior physical properties of Solid EPDM with the absolute sealing properties of Sponge EPDM. Our Co-Extruder Line is also capable of producing Metal-Inserted Profiles, for reinforcing purposes.

A highly specialized and unique product, the cord-insert profile has been developed to counter the challenge of shrinkage of the EPDM profile, during the assembly process.

In the event of a fire, these profiles will produce substantially less smoke and toxic gases, thus significantly reducing life threatening and other hazardous effects to humans.
