This machine is for over wrapping and sealing of rectangular cartons with cellophane or BOPP film. The film kept in Rolls are cut to correct size, wrapped over cartons and heat sealed.

Power consumption is 2.2 kW. The machine has output upto 7500 cartons/hr depending on the size and shape of the cartons. This machine is suitable for overwrapping rectangular shaped cartons like tooth brush cartons, cassettes, blade dispensers and other rectangular cartons used in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food and similar industries.

Collating and Overwrapping Machine can collate cartons and solids of rectangular shape into multiple layers and rows and finally overwrap the bundle with heat sealable films like B.O.P.P., Cellophane etc. The entire operation is automatic. The machine can be linked with cartoning machine. Special Features:
