Because an ejector guide pin bush slides, a hard material is used. An ejector guide bush is also called a push plate guide bush. It is a cylindrical part used to determine the position by matching the ejector guide pin.

The purpose of Ejector Guide System (Pin & Bush) is to align & take the pressure of Return Pin, Ejector Pin & Sprue Puller Pin. 
The Guide Bush is located between Ejector & Ejector Retainer Plate and the Guide Pin is either guided or bolted in Bottom Plate or in Support Plate.
