Floculator

At APS Instruments we provide world class Floculator.  This unit is designed especially for floc formation test in water treatment plants with variable speed from 30 to 180 RPM 1/20 H.P. Its being mounted on mild steel housing supported by four benches of 9½ height. Stainless steel stirring paddle 1/3’ is attached to rods 10.14" long 1/4" Dia motor with a lifting knob at the top.  It has locking collars at stirring rod which permits adjustable paddle at a height spacing of 6 between the rods that allows usage of 1000ml.

Our Floculators also have beakers arresting directly on bench. This is a complete product with ON/OFF switch and supplied without beakers. Apart from all these some additional features can be added by just paying some extra cost and this includes a revolutionary counter, an automatic timer imported from Germany, D.C. motor can be replaced with AC/DC motor for more precision and you can also add a digital RPM meter as well.
