This Conventional fire alarm system consists of smoke, beam or heat detectors at designated locations, to detect smoke or heat at the earliest during any outbreak of fire. The various types of fire detectors used in this system are photoelectric, heat, beam and multisensing. The fire detectors are selected based on certain pre-determined parameters.
