AG Group of Industries find its roots in FIE group of Industries in Ichalkaranji. Today both these groups have healthy exchange of technical know-how and even engage in some commercial transactions like sourcing all castings from FIE’s foundry Ichalkaranji Metalloy Founders
IMF is established at Ichlkaranji, which is famous for it’s textile industry through out the county and known as “Manchester of Maharashtra”.
IMF is one of the prestigious organization of ‘FIE’ group of industries at Ichalkaranji. IMF was established in June 1983. In the early days it is started with a single 36” cupola furnace. It’s only customer was FIE Pvt. Ltd., Ichalkaranji. In March 1984 induction furnace was established. The business started growing from 1984, when prestigious order was obtained from M/s KOEL Pune.
The company steadily grew and reached to an annual turnover of Rs.21 crores today.
Today, IMF is an established supplier of graded CI & SGI castings to reputed Auto & Engineering industries like FIE Pvt. Ltd., Telco, Carrier Aircon, EATON, Voltas, KOEL, Tecumesh Products, Mahindra, Turbo Energy, PAL etc. Also supplying to HERO HONDA, BAJAJ AUTO, TVS SUZUKI, TAFE, ESCORTS through our sister concerns for machining.
The installed facility has capacity of 400 MT/month. It includes three induction furnaces, automated sand plant with one molding line. Well established laboratory for physical & chemical testing is a part of our setup. Well-trained force is the backbone of our organization.
With all its inherent facilities the organization is set for a rapid progress in the coming future, implementation of ‘Quality Systems’ is a part of this venture.
