UNIQUE hot runner system utilizing the latest technology combined with the best steel material and highly interchangeable standard parts. These guarantee a good shot-to-shot repetitiveness, drop-to-drop consistency and long usage life of the system. Fully balanced manifold enable a tight tolerance of preform weight and dimensions.

We provide leak-proof guarantee for our hot runner system. Each cavity is having independent temperature control & heating system which gives an even heating temperature and keeps product reliable and stable.

ACME has been working continuously to optimize the cost structure of molds equipped with hot runner systems & as a result of our R&D we now offer two options depending on the requirement & budget:

Indigenous Hot Runner System (Hot Plate System) with spring loaded shut off valves at gates in fully balanced Hot Runner Manifold System.
Imported Hot Runner System based on Husky design imported from Canada employing Pneumatic shut off valves at gates in fully balanced Hot Runner System.
