WGS Style-799 is an extremely durable packing able to withstand granular and abrasive applications. It is recommended for service in superheated steam, slurries, petroleum derivatives, solvents and liquified gases. It is commonly used in centrifugal, rotary and reciprocating pumps, agitators and mixers, especially in the paper, steel, petroleum and chemical industries, and in sewage treatment plants.

Pure PTFE Gasket is molded or skived or cut from virgin PTFE stick, pipe and sheet into flat shape,V shape gasket or valve annulus. It has 100% PTFE structure and has characteristics of high-temperature-proof,strong-corrosion-proof and clean.

As a sealing element it can be used in flange joints of various equipments and pipes in chemical industry, food-producing industry, medicine industry and so on. It can bear the most bitter chemical medium, and has good anti-creeping performance. The unloaded operating temperature range is -180~+260C

PTFE products include sheet,Tube,Rod,Film and gaskets etc.,they are molded, skived or cut from 100% virgin PTFE.It has the best chemical corrosion resistance among known plastics.Without being aging, lowest friction coefficient,wear resistance. The unloaded operating temperature range is -180~+260C.

1. PTFE molded sheet 
PTFE molded sheet is manufactured by molding with PTFE granular resin.PTFE is the mostchemical resistance of all know plastics .It does not age.It has the lowest coefficient of friction of all know solid materials.

PTFE Tube has a wide range of practicable temperature from -180°C - +260°C and a wax-like surface to which anything hardly tube. PTFE Tube has the lowest coefficient of friction of all known solid materials. It has the best electrical properties of all plastics.

Spiral wound gasket is formed of V-shaped of W-shape stainless steel stripe and soft nonmetallic packing or the material of flexible graphite asbestos, nonasbestos, PTFE etc by means of piled. It can use inner ring and outer ring as different material such as carbon steel, stainless steel 304, 316, 316L and etc. The static sealing element of pipe, valve, pump, thermal exchange, condensing motorcycle, auto vent-pipe, tower, plain hole and hole of flange, etc.

Metal - jacketed gaskets are particularly suitable for sealing flat surfaces of heat exchangers, gas pipes, cast iron flanges, autoclaves and similar. By their sealing efficiency, provided by exerting strong pressure on circular rims of the flanges, metal - jacketed gaskets can stand up to 30% deviation from the initial thickness, which is very useful in case of irregular or faulty flange rims. The chemical compatibility of the metal and the medium being sealed should be considered.

Kammprofile is a composite gasket, which utilises a serrated metal core with a soft facing material. 
The metal core is a machined on each contact face with concentric serrations which provide high pressure areas, ensuring that the soft coating flows into any imperfections in the flange even at relatively low bolt loads. The result is a gasket, which combines the benefits of soft, cut materials with the advantages of seal integrity associated with metallic gaskets. Expanded graphite is the most common facing material used for Maxiprofile gaskets. However, other materials can be used, such as PTFE for chemically aggressive duties or mica for high temperature duties.
