TWE make Power pack are the Heart of Hydro Pneumatic web guiding system, to automatically guide all type of material of any width, at any speed, under any load. Completely self contained with an integral air generator for sensor. It is coupled with 3 phase AC motor and Hydraulic pump is also attached on the same shaft which is fitted inside the oil tank filled with Hydraulic oil. The signals from the Air flow sensors are received by spool type proportional servo valve mounted just under polyester diaphragm. Unique design gives extemely narrow deadband & fastest possible response for unexcelled guiding results. The power pack units are availbale in different models from 0.25 HP to 3 HP to meet any guiding application you may have. In-Built Air Generator avoids use of external air supply.

In the specially designed non-contact Air flow sensors, air is expelled from two opposing orifices. The differential air pressure is use to detect lateral wandering of the material in process. The Airflow sensors are self cleaning & fitted with fine adjustment mounting bracket.

It works on hydraulic pressure. It actuates the correcting frames. Available in different size from 2" to 18" stroke length.

Standard adapter base assembly consists of stationery mounted frame, which adopts the existing unwind / rewind stand with shaft and breaks. In the unwind guide, the idler rollers are attached to moving frame before fixed detectors to stabilize web & idle for slitter machines. In the winder guide, the sensor is attached to the moving frame after fixed idler rollers, with sufficient wrap to get perfect winding of material. We can make special kind of rewinding structure where motors also move along with rewinding rolls.

Positive Displacement / Steering Roll assemblies consist of a stationery base & movable frame with idler rollers. Two pair of TWE Nylaguide bearings support the moving frame. Positive displacement guides are suitable where long entry span is not available like on printing m/cs. Steering roll guides are available in single or double roller assembly and are idle for machines where, long free entry span is available. All these guides are designed for minimum web stress & can be installed horizontally, vertically or up-side down.

Centre Guide 
It is basically the Aligner with two sensors which keeps a check on both edges to maintain the center line of moving web. It can be achieved with both Hydro- Pneumatic power pack and photocell based Electronic controller.

Chaser Guide
It is specially designed Aligner for lamination plants. It is very critical and important in modern era to produce minimum wastage and accurate laminates. This is achieved with TWE Chaser Guide. It constantly aligns one of the two web going for lamination and at the same time, keeps taking reference of other web to maintain the web distance constant. This directly results in to minimum trim waste at higher accuracy and production.

'Banana1 Expander Rollers are specially designed to prevent or remove wrinkles of textile, paper, plastic, film, foil, Tyre cords etc. Curvature of roller varies for different web materials. Wrap angle should be between 20° to 90°. Polyband Expanders are cylindrical with antistatic rubber cords. Linear stretching of the web caused by the progressive & adjustable elongation of the cords.

It holds the web material constantly from both the sides and thus controls the, shifting of material. Available In three types, can be operated with Pneumatic pressure, Electrical signal or mechanical sensing.

Safety chucks are square bar holders for winding & unwinding shafts. It maintains high concentricity between pair of safety chucks of winding-unwinding shafts. It has extended shaft on one side for providing drive for winder & brake for unwinders.
