Since the beginning in 1983 , Simplicity belt conveyors have moved millions of tons of bulk over hundreds of kilometers in industries ranging from cement (also sand & brick plants and refractory units), steel, power, pulp and paper, fertilizer & chemicals and mineral processing etc.

Simplicity has supplied over 200 bucket elevators till date and is geared to supply bucket elevators in a variety of combinations as per IS, DIN and ISO standards.

Our bucket elevators of upto 500 tph capacity and 50 meters lift are giving excellent performance.

Simplicity en-masse conveyors, redler chain conveyors, and scraper chain conveyors are available with a variety of chains like forged link chains, pin bush, pin bush roller chains and round link chains.

These chain conveyors are ideal for completely enclosed conveying of diverse materials like fly ash dust, clinker and clinker dust, cement, limestone, gypsum, sinter dust, magnese dust, soya seeds, maize, soya hull, coal, lignite, baggasse and other similar material.

Simplicity offers deep pan conveyors for conveying difficult material like hot clinkers.

Simlplicity pan conveyors are available in capacity upto 750 tph with maximum center to center distance of about 100 meters, lifts upto 40 meters inclinations upto 60 degrees and speed upto 18 mts/min. These conveyors are offered in two strand chain construction with chain being of reputed European makes like GEHA, GEKA etc.

Simplicity electric hoists are manufactured for class I, II, III and IV, in duties conforming to IS 3938 and capacities from 0.5 tons to 20 tons. The modular construction facilitates easy servicing as the entire hoist assembly is built up from modular construction viz. hoisting, gear box, hoist motor with break, electrical control and trolley drive unit. The different module are independent of one another and can be separately assembled.  The hoist body is steel fabricated and accurately bored for alignment of all components.  The hoist motor is high starting torque crane duty with built in electro magnetic AC /DC brakes.  Modular machines cut helical/spur gears are housed in a totally enclosed oil lubricated gear box. The rope drum is machined from seamless pipes with deep grooves. The hook block is of forged steel and is tested for 100 % over load.  The hoist is controlled from the floor through independent push buttons. We offer twin hoistarrangement for high lift, flame proof type for chemical industry and micro speed arrangement for low speeds of hoisting.

Simplicity pipe conveyor is an eco friendly and energy efficient method of mechanical conveying of bulk materials. The Simplicity pipe belt conveyor can take curves in the horizontal and vertical planes.

When compared to conventional belt conveyor system we find that a single pipe conveyor taking a curved path can replace a number of belt conveyors, without the nusciance of transfer points which are polluting and degrade the belt and conveyor mechanically.

Simplicity offers you the Interroll range of powerised and gravity roller conveyor systems. These are manufactured by our sister company Interroll India Pvt. Ltd. which is a joint venture with Interroll A.G. of Switzerland.

These roller conveyor systems find wide application in industries like cement, paper, coal, power, mineral, sugar, steel, agro, fertilizer, food, electronics, automobile, chemical, petrochemical, glass industry, auto ancillaries, forging plants etc.

Simplicity has till date supplied over 220 screw conveyors for handling material like salt, cement, raw meal, pulverised coal, flyash, seeds and chemicals.

Screw conveyors supplied have been manufactured from carbon steel, stainless steels and special steels and quite a few have been fitted with variable speed drives.

Simplicity stackers and reclaimers have successfully served in the Indian cement industry over the last two decades.

These bridge type reclaimer have been supplied in the linear as well as circular bed design.

Ours is a proven design and is highly effective as part of a hosmogenizing circuit. Simplicity has well equipped and spacious workshops backed with an experienced production and design team to successfully deliver stackers and reclaimers within the committed time schedule.

Today we are in a position to offer these equipment's in stacking and reclaiming capacities upto 1200 tph and 1000 tph respectively.
