Our production capabilities include die cutting, molding, extruding, splicing, and hand fabrication. In many cases, several production methods may be required to produce the right gasket for the application. We manufacture rubber gaskets and seals from both solid and sponge materials and a variety of compounds including Neoprene, EPDM, Nitrile, Butyl, Viton and Silicone. We offer standard commercial grade materials and Specification Grade Materials to meet ISO Specifications. Custom compounded and color matched materials are also available.

Rubber Expansion Joints

A4 ENGINEERS offers cylindrical and rectangular expansion joints for use in all piping systems to provide relief from stresses by thermal expansion, contraction and vibration. Rubber joints are available in a size range from 1"(25mm) NB to 60"(1500mm) mm. Expansion joints are made in different types Viz: standard single, multiple arch with or without retaining mettallic rings.

A4 ENGINEERS offers silicone rubber extrusion like sleeves, cords, tubes, gaskets, strips, tapes, sponge sections, transparent tubes ,food and pharmaceutical medical products. Silicone retain its physical properties over its wide temperature range. Silicone has excellent resistance to aging, ozone and oil. Other design advantages: Silicone rubber is odorless, tastless, non-corrosive, non-staining, non-sticking, and will not support growth of fungi. These products have application in pharmaceutical, electrical, dairy, chemical, electronic equipments, food processing industries. The range of silicone rubber products includes O-rings, oil seals, gaskets, sheets, sleeves, tubes, and strips,corona sleeves in various sizes. Sponge silicone sheets, strips, tubes, gaskets are manufactured in different dimensions. A4 Engineers manufactures diaphragms ranging in size from 5 mm to 1000 mm). A4 Engineers has capabilities to design and manufacture composite diaphragms made from PTFE-TEFLON/ELASTOMERIC materials, that is compatible with harsh environments without limiting the life and responsiveness of the diaphragm. 

Solicone Sheets

A4 Engineers offers rubber sheets to meet industrial grade specifications, commercial grade, pharmaceutical grade, food grade and more demanding specifications required for such applications as bridge bearing pads and industrial machinery isolation mounts.

Triclamp Sanitary Gaskets

Triclamp sanitary gaskets of Silicone, EPDM, Viton rubber and PTFE are use in on-line connections, joints for sealing applications and continuity of the systems. Features: Gaskets are non-toxic, biologically inert and complies to FDA CFR177.2600 USP Class VI, requirements.

Special TC gasket of silicone rubber sand witched in between PTFE Flange for better sealing and critical applications where only PTFE is viable, are designed for end-use.

Oil Seals

A4 Engineers offers rubber metal claded oil seals for numerous sealing applications. The seal design consists of single lip or dual lip for extra protection. Seal may be loaded with greater spring or can be springless. Metal case used can be either selected from steel, brass or any metal for corrosion protection.

PTFE is fluoropolymer possessing a unique combination of frictional, chemical, thermal, and electrical properties. It has non-stick nature, non wetting and is self-lubricating. It has outstanding chemicals resistance and is unaffected by all known chemicals except alkali metals, fluorine under certain conditions. It has excellent weather resistance. PTFE has the widest working temperature range, the best of the solid dielectrics an excellent insulator.

PTFE Tubings and Gaskets

PTFE Tubing which has a universal chemical resistance and is free of extractable agents, physiologically safe and bio compatible. PTFE tubing is characterized by its non-adhesive surface. It has excellent sliding and dielectric characteristics. PTFE tubing has a white appearance, it is translucent (depending on the wall thickness) and flexible. Applications in Foodprocessing, Pharma & Drug industries, Chemical, Electrical and Electronic Automation Industries.
