Poly Band expander perform without any limitation of lead in - lead out distances and best result are obtained with wrap angle of 90 degree. Depending upon web material and gauge, we need to adjust stretch and touch in - touch out points

Quick lock is the Quick way to hold and release the core for slitter machine. Quick lock shaft assembly having all the advantages like slippage, accommodating gauge variation, smaller core width etc. Sizes suitable for core 3', 4", & 6". Individual quick locks are available having width of 50mm, 75mm, & 105mm.
