Beater (mixing arm) is driven from both sides.

No through shaft, avoiding sticking of the dough, ensuring better hygiene

Lubrication system for greasing all the points.

Heavy-duty  bearing for counter-shafts.

Tilting of the bowl up to 900  (optional up to 1350). Bowl provided with water jacket.

Inching function with safety features for removing the dough after mixing.

Beater speeds: 40 (fast) / 20 (slow) rpm.

Beater made of solid casting in stainless steel, beater shafts, bowl top covers and all outer covers in stainless steel.

Motors :– 40hp. (30kw) with Frequency Controller, PLC and HMI 
(+) 1.0 hp. (0.75kw) Brake motor for bowl tilting

Separate floor standing electrical panel with electrical switchgear, frequency controller.

Rotary Moulder

 

Features  
 

Rotary Moulder to suit Moulding Roller of 10.2” dia. for 60” wide machine Moulding Roller of 400mm. dia. ( Moulding Roller is not a part of the scope of supply ).

Feed Roller of 9.4” dia. with circumferential and longitudinal grooves. Rubber Roller of 9.5” dia. coated with food grade quality rubber. Rubber Roller is friction – driven.

Feed Roller is driven by motor and gear box.

Moulding Roller is driven by gear on the feed Roller. Separate drive can be provided

Gap between Moulding and Feed Rollers is manually adjustable using worm & worm wheel arrangement. Gap can be shown on digital meter.

Feed Hopper with safety grill in stainless steel.

Scraper height is adjustable using a spring-operated handle with locking facility on graduated segment. Scraper knife: 5:4 mm thick / 7.0 mm ( for 60” wide machine ).

Scrap Dough Cross Conveyor provided below the Scraper which is driven by geared motor.

Side plates 58 mm thick and machined to high accuracy.

Fixed Panning Conveyor driven from the main drive or a separate Panner with separate drives.

Synchronization of all drives through a PLC system with HMI.

Biscuit Oven

Oil / gas / electric fired versions available. Oven can be supplied with wire band or steel band.

Oven length divided into suitable zones of varying lengths. Separate Heater Unit for each zone.

Heavy-duty structure made from thick, bent sheets of mild steel.

Heater Units with burner tubes, inlet ducts etc. in stainless steel, Units fitted with top and bottom distribution and turbulence ducts.

Side baking chambers fitted with cross turbulence tubes which are closer to wire band for faster and efficient heat transfer.

Wire band supported on chilled and hardened top surface, C. I. skids for longer life.

Band edge screens adjustable from outside to control the colour of the end rows of biscuits.

Expansion joints between baking chamber in stainless steel.

Feed End fitted with mechanical tensioning or pneumatic system for tensioning of wire band. Drums of 40” dia / 44” dia.

Delivery End with integrated Stripper Conveyor and Rejected Biscuit Conveyor.

Wire band driven by Delivery End Drum through geared motor.

Extraction fan at Delivery End of Oven.

Band Cleaning Unit provided with separate top and bottom brushes.

Electric panel as per IP 55 specifications with all electrical switch gear, digital baking clock, PLC/HMI.

Insulation of L.R.B. slabs in 225 mm. thickness on all sides having density of 100 kg. per cubic meter.

Outer Sheets made from mild steel ( powder coated ).
