Micro Stepping Drives

Pendant Controller

Leveraging on our extensive experience, we bring forth our pendant controller. This features a control circuitry using a microcontroller. A pre-set program enables your application to run smoothly. A lot of flexibility is given to the user to change certain parameters by means of a keypad. Most motion automation applications require an either interpolation or sequential two or three axis operation. Several applications like milling, turning, wood working and engraving can utilize our drive, control and interface package.

These are dedicated controllers, which interpret jobs designed on the PC using AutoCad, Pro-E, Corel and other software packages. Clients can receive fantastic repeatability without needing the skills of any person. Milling or lathe machines are thus provided an economic solution for retrofitting. Eco Controllers

We came up with our ‘Economical’ Controllers, to fulfill our certain customer requirements which did not need all the features that our regular controllers offered. This model consists of a smaller keypad with selected keys, without the Totalizer. It comes with a 2 digit display. This has a single relay output and no changes in program are possible. So if your application consists of a single function, utilizing a stepper motor without anything changing in the program, you might as well go for our Eco controller.

Servo Controller

We offer our Controller assembly which runs very well with Servo motors. This is meant for a single axis operation. The controller provides a frequency output upto 100 Khz. Here, the controls like ‘Speed’, ‘Timer’, ‘Length’, ‘Counting’ have different keys. We can provide 4 relay outputs and also sync signals from Unwinder. Options like Totaliser, Batch Count are inbuilt.

Spindle Centering Devices

For optimum efficiency in terms of production and quality, there are many settings to be attended on ring frame. Setting a spindle in centre of the respective ring is also a bery crucial. The conventional method used in most of the mills till now is cumbersome and inaccurate. The reason is, it solely depemds on visual judgement of the operator, which is affected by fatigue. Thus a lot of variation occurs in spindle gauging, ultimately affecting yarn quality.

SPINDLE CENTERING DEVICE is introduced for accurate centering of spindle on ring frames. A very fine accuracy of 0.1 mm can be achieved with the use of this device. Obviously, it will reduce yarn breakages and imrove yarn quality.

Many renowned mills in India and abroad, are already using this device and are benefitted.

General Information

The unit is designed to operate on a 12V rechargable maintenanace free battery. The battery charger is a integral part of the measuring unit. For charging battery, one has only to plug in three pin socket in any of the 220 VAC, 5 Amp supply. The whole unit is mounted on a trolley so that it can be easily moved in the department.

For accurate centering a sensor probe along with a toolroom made spindle sleeve is used Each probe and sleeve is tailor made as per the samples supplied by the client. Each probe is supplied with a master centre for perfect caliberation of measuring unit. This is called a set. If you are required to use spindle cenetering device for different sizes of rings and spindles, we will supply seperate sets of senso probe and master centre. Care will have to be taken, to avoid mixing of sets.

Front Panel

The front panel of the measuring unit consists of the digital meters, indicators, switches, a socket and potentiometers.

Package Solution

Since a long time, we have been solution providers to stepper driven industrial processes. Many customers prefer to have drive, controller and power supply all packaged together. Going by that, we offer complete machine automation solution with overall logic as embedded system all packaged into a single Panel or a Cabinet comprising of following or more components, all wired systematically. Orientation System

We offer our Orientation System for Filling & Sealing Machine. ORION “Tube Orientation Drive” is compact and reliable equipment, which has many optional features to suit the need of machine designer.
Instant start / stop is the unique property which makes it an ideal application for stepper motors. The motor starts when the start sensor activates. However, for any reason if the stop sensor does not activate; the motor may go on rotating. To avoid this, a timer can be incorporated which will stop the motor after set time, even if stop sensor signal is received. Some machine builders employing a more supervisory system, need a signal from the drive, when motion of the motor ceases. 

Orion Orientation Systems can be controlled through following ways :
1. Stop on mark sensor with added time-out stop in absence of mark sensor 
2. Stops when start sensor de-activates in absence of mark sensor 
3. Stops specific number of steps after mark sensor activates
4. Slows down when mark sensor activates and stops when it de-activates.
5. Stay put or timed relay output on every stop also possible
