Full Stitched Buff

These buffs are made from full discs of the required diameter die cut from the proper material. The discs are then counted and Stitched spirally. Sewing is added around the center at a diameter to allow the proper arbor hole to be cut. The type of sewing, either concentric rows or spiral, is determined by the required flexibility.

The buffs are raked for increased uniformity, balance, concentric and a shorter break-in time. These are Spirally sewn Cotton Cloth Buffs In 1/2" thickness.
