(MHPL) was started to cater to specific customer requirements with respect to repairs and manufacturing of precision and critical cylinders, as an additional service to our clients. Over the years MHPL has manufactured special import substitute as well as customized cylinders for different customers for various applications. MHPL has helped its clients to reclaim critical cylinders by way of repairs where the only option left for the client was to purchase a new cylinder. Over the years we have developed our skills for the repairs & manufacturing of big cylinders in mining, cement as well as steel plants.

Minar has forayed into heavy load lifting using hydraulic jacks and synchronous pump. The most distinguishing feature of this lifting system is , it can lift heavy objects equally from all sides, irrespective of load distribution of the object.

This system has been successfully used in lifting/lowering of Coal Mining Dragline frames weighing around 900MT and having diameter of 25 meters.

Synchronous hydraulic lifting finds wide applications in all industries, where –
1. Precision tilting controls in lifting are required.
2. Cranes do not find access and are too costly if needed for long duration.
Our system has a lifting capacity of 4000MT, and can be enhanced as required.

Torque Calibration for hydraulic & pneumatic torque wrenches ranging from 100 Nm upto 20,000 Nm are done in -house on certified & calibrated equipment. Calibration certifications are issued by Minar Hydro which are traceable to NABL standards.

Stud bolt tensioners of any make are tested on high capacity presses and certified by us for operational worthiness. Additionally the pressure gauges of the high pressure hydraulic pumps associated with these torque wrenches and stud bolt tensioners are also calibrated & certified similarly.

All these above testing services are available to customers on their site upon request. Minar also repairs all brands of hydraulic torque wrenches & stud bolt tensioners

Hydraulic Load Test Rig

New & Repaired cylinders are load tested on this Hydraulic Load Test Rig by loading the cylinder in the rig to its designed test ratings & then checking the activity of the cylinder to its full stroke several times. This gives complete dynamic & static tests on the cylinder. All manufactured & repaired cylinders undergo thorough dynamic load & pressure test upto the range of 500 Ton for 100% performance & cyclic test for durability.

For 100% output performance :

Dynamic Load & pressure tests upto the range of 500 Ton @ 350 Bar pressure.

The Above tests ensure -

• 1. Output force at particular pressure.
• 2. Internal/ external oil leakage if any.
• 3. Reliability of welded / threaded joints.
• 4. Cyclic test done for durability.

Hydraulic Jack

Minar can manufacture / Repair any type of Hydraulic Jack having Lifting capacity up to 500 tons, Pressure capacity up to 700 bar & Stroke up to 1000 mm.
